The Theatre of Impossible: Shaking up Manchester's Nightlife

September 16, 2017

Where does the 25+ market in Manchester want to hang out? We now know! And they’ve just joined the Viper Network!

The Theatre Of Impossible is bringing the nights to the basement of its new Peter Street bar - which cost £3m to transform into a three floor party palace.  Included is two new new club nights, with influences ranging from Ibiza to New York to immersive theatre and performance.

'Boogie In Wonderland’ will arrive at Theatre of Impossible every Friday, fresh from HEART in Ibiza. Organisers promise a kickback against Ibiza’s more dance based experience, set around the mystery and extravagance of Studio54, mixing music, fashion and art under a 70s disco influence.

In Ibiza, guests have included Giorgio Moroder, Cerrone, Francois K, Jellybean and The Reflex.

Saturdays will bring London’s Casa Loca to town. featuring live theatrical shows, choreographed dancers and an animation team of characters who are part of the crowd as they bring clubbers into the show.

Impossible is also looking to work with local artists to create bespoke exhibitions and installations in the basement space.  It’s quirky and a little left of centre, inspired by music, fashion, music and art. The aim is to combine a love of clubbing, music and fashion to create a very unique experience for an older, more traveled customer.  It’s something more immersive and more ‘theatre’ than your usual late night hang out.

The Theatre Of Impossible will open from 10pm - 4am, Thursday to Saturday, with bespoke cocktails, a vast bottle list plus a canapé menu and Champagnes. Packages are available now on the Viper app.
